There are claims that a combination of apple cider vinegar and baking soda can help shrink fibroids. I don’t know if these claims are true. Please do your research to find out how safe it is to drink this combination of apple cider vinegar and baking soda.
Although there is an antacid recipe on the baking soda box for drinking a mix of baking soda in water, not everyone can tolerate this baking soda antacid treatment. Also some people cannot tolerate apple cider vinegar, so it would seem highly likely that consuming an apple cider vinegar baking soda concoction could potentially cause a bad reaction for some people.
